Seoul Defence Dialogue 2019

·         Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh address at the „Seoul Defence Dialogue 2019‟ with the theme, „Building Peace Together: Challenges and Vision‟, during his visit to Republic of Korea (ROK), Raksha Mantri said “of the numerous security challenges that the world is facing, the gravest is that of terrorism.” No country in the world is safe from terrorism and India has been actively pursuing counter terrorism cooperation bilaterally, regionally and globally through UN and other fora, he added.

Shri Prahlad Singh Patel flags off the first ever Mobile Science Exhibition

·         The Union Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent charge), Shri Prahlad Singh Patel flagged off the first ever Mobile Science Exhibition (SCIENCE EXPLORER) for the entire Ladakh Region in Leh. The Union Culture Minister simultaneously launched 25 new Mobile Science Exhibition buses for Aspirational Districts of India.

WHO South-East Asia Region plans to banish measles, rubella by 2023
