  1. Graduate in any discipline,

  1. Must have at least CCC level proficiency in computer from NIELIT, or a minimum of 6 months Diploma in Computer Science;

  1. At least 2 years of work experience preferably in IT/e-Governance/IT related project co-ordination and program Management in related fields.



On the maximum salary of  Rs. 25,000 p.m. inclusive of all taxes, charges and allowances.


Other Terms and Conditions :

  1. Candidate should be the domicile of the District for which he/she submits application.
  2. Candidate should be aged between 24-35 years. Relaxation may be allowed in terms of merit of candidate on case to case basis.

  1. Application forms shall have to be received on-line on at www.csc.gov.in or before 09-10-2019.

  1. In service candidates shall be required to produce “No Objection Certificate “ form his/her employers at the time of joining.

  1. VLEs are not eligible for applying for this position.

  1. Applicant should be able to communicate in English and local language.


How to Apply:
The prescribed application form is available at the official website of CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd. www.csc.gov.in. Applications complete in all respects (on the prescribed format) affixed with the recent passport size photograph along with updated CV/Resume should be uploaded on the website.
Candidates who are shortlisted for interview shall be required to produce the original set of below mentioned certificates for verification at the time of interview. Candidates who fail to produce any of the below mentioned certificates in original shall not be allowed to appear in the interview and their candidature will be rejected.
Original and Photocopies of the following documents should be brought at the time of Joining :
  1. Relevant qualification Certificates.
  2. Experience Certificate.
  3. Date of Birth Certificate ( Matriculation certificate)
  4. Marks certificate of all qualifying examinations.
  5. Permanent Resident Certificate.
  6. NOC (in case of in Govt. service candidates only).

Last Date of submission:
The last date of submission of applications is 09-10-2019.

Other Essential Qualifications for District Manager
  1. Should be able to communicate in English and local language
  2. Preferably be aged between 24-35 years. Relaxation may be allowed in the merit of candidate on case to case basis.
